6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CA Prestige Eyewear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss) arising from your use of the Software. The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Data Integration with QuickBooks

The Software may integrate with QuickBooks to facilitate order processing, invoicing, and inventory management. 8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Miami, Florida, before pursuing litigation.
